‘We want equality! Oh no, not THAT equality!’ 🙄🙄
I take my hat of to the girls when I see them out and about in what would once have seemed "Men's Jobs", in particular HGV Driving and recently quite a lot on the Bins & Road Works :thumbup

That WASPI woman "Type of Equality" does seem to appeal to a certain type/class of women I notice. Quite Happy to continue with the Door Opening, Bag Carrying, Bill paying side of things but REALLY unhappy when they percieve they may be dipping out on that Ridiculously High Paid Executive Job

I'm not too bothered it's not the kind of job I'd aspire too But these people should realise they can't have their cake and eat it! :cuppa
Like all Wage Slaves, he had two crosses to bear: The people he worked for and the people he worked with! (Stephen Vizinczey.)

I’ve just read a whole article about it and still don’t understand what they are moaning about. One says she started working at 14 so deserved to retire and have her pension at 60. I started working at 15 and a bloke at my office started working at 13 and we’ll both have to work until we’re well over 60 but that is subject to change!

I don’t understand why their ignorance is being rewarded.
Yes, and the news about a woman that "want's her £40k pension" is grinding my gears.....no state pension will be £40k in my lifetime. I know the "loss" is £40k but it's not being reported like that.
You have contradicted yourself there.
Imagine if your retirement went from 67 to 72 in one foul swoop. I could understand then, that it would grind your gears.
Wouldnt put it past them doing that
Its now 67 for me and heard they want to put it up again for us!!
