It'll be down to the changes to arrival times at the Inward MC. That will determine the new dispatch times for both waves, which will in turn determine the new start times in DOs. DOMs/COMs won't have any say on the changes to arrival times of both waves into the DOs.
Not really the question been asked Space, Question was regarding getting the option to have a day back or paid for it during xmas and new year,

I asked if it was policy to have a sheet out for people to sign and tick which option they wanted (as that is what happens in our MC)

Sounds like its up to who is running the office to impairment it.
