I asked our book room about this, "if for example I leave in January will I get the money back for the extra hours I put in unpaid?"
The answer was no, apparently it's in the small print

Going back to the original question as to why I wasn't paid the extra 24 mins per day before I left, I emailed them but they haven't replied

What is the official ruling on this if we leave say end of December. They must pay back time or give it in time surely.

Is Martin Walsh about?? I don't want my Manager says this or that...I wanna see the official CWU agreement.

I am waiting for the answer....Thanks in advance.

This is from the jointly issued FAQ's that were part of LTB 213/23, so are part of the agreement:

29 What happens if I join or leave the business part way through the Seasonal Variation cycle?

When employees who work seasonal hours leave the business,
a calculation will be performed to assess whether the
employee is owed time from the business or owes time to the business.

Where the employee is owed time by the business, the first
approach will be for the line manager to give this time back to
the employee before their last day of service, in the form of
leave. If this is not possible, or if the full time cannot be given
back via these means, a balancing payment can be made to the
employee (guidance notes on how to do this will be issued to
the COMs).

Where the employee owes time to the business, the business
will generally attempt to recover from this for the employee’s
last pay.
