Scanning out question

Early finish.. chance would be a fine thing, we got multiple rounds not getting letters for 2 weeks

People finishing early in ours, then just wandering out the door an hour early ignoring the piles of mail that need prepping. Weirdly the managers only call out the PTers for it. Been there over 10 years? Do what you like; in fact there are 2 duty holders who regularly "cut off" and bring all mail back at 1pm, regardless of finish time, then just scan out and leave. If you're on a 30 hour contract the managers make you prep other frames, take a few LATs or do general busy work while you watch them ignore a bunch of older posties just leaving early.

The spineless Managers just want an easy life and don’t want to upset/argue with the old boys. So they just get the new PTers to do extra because they don’t know how it works and won’t argue back. Always been the culture at RM. Kick up a fuss and you’ll get left alone. Work hard and you keep getting s**t on.

What?!! Seriously??? Literally days and days of mail building up in many frames in my office, the jobs are all far too big.

Only lapsing is left in if no one does it on OT

So why is lapsing left in if everyone finishes early ?
