Just been offered it a week ago

Apologies for question. But thiught it had to be done before end of feb.

I know for a fact processing were not offered it at least in our mc until 6k had gone few mugs fell for it.

That happened in the MC I worked at. People applied for VR before the deadline but the managers waited until after the 6k was off the table. Only then did they begin the process of offering terms of severance. I took it, along with 70 or so others, because I had already decided to leave with nothing and the VR made it worthwhile to stick around a little bit longer and take something away with me. So, I don't think anybody who took VR was a mug. Everyone has their own reasons why RM is no longer worth the effort. As I said to my manger when he thanked me for my work: "I can't even pretend to care, I'm just glad to be getting out of here."

The managers weren't incompetent. It was done deliberately (allegedly) to save money once they knew how many people were willing to go. And we're forbidden, under the terms of the agreement, from discussing it under threat of legal action from RM to reclaim the money if the terms of the agreement are breached.

Why are they mugs ? How do you know the circumstances of them, perhaps they’ve had enough and were going anyway, maybe your the mug for not going

Because they applied before the deadline so why should they lose out on 6k. a few refused it because they were losing out.i didnt apply for it so hardly a mug.
