The delivery lads/lasses will do there 30/40 years walking 12-14 miles per day, your knees/hips will be shot & you will receive no thanks from your employer, it’s the scrap heap for you.

Anyone who has been in the job a few years and are still young enough maybe now might be the time to seriously think about a career change as it don’t look good
