One of the stipulations to further talks is that executive action stops before we move forward. Shouldn’t your unit or area rep delay the revision?

So does our orifice....managers have no idea what they are doing it's going to be a right s**t show..and the poor posties are being expected to deal with all this mentality and physically and will be bullied by them if they can't do it
Just politely say, I'll do the best I can but I will be finishing at x time. How would you like me to deal with the extra if I run out of time? Put the ball in their court, make it their decision and don't tell them last minute. All the linos/coms KNOW it ain't gonna work. It's their stress though, not yours. If you want the overtime it's going to be a bonanza!
Thats all very well but the reality is that having to go through that process everyday, having to work out how far you think you’ll get and at what point you have to cut off letters and rip round with the tracked . . . its all so unnecessary and stressful.
ask them to put it in writing if they want the tracked doing and not the letters .

Also send a message on what’s app or by text message. This will be your proof. Start the message… As we discussed this morning and further to the conversation we have just had I will be bringing back a significant amount of mail due to the duty length. As advised I will complete all tracked items, special deliveries, customer collections and box collections. If I have misunderstood any of this please advice asap. Thanks
Will this text message be sent on a mobile phone supplied by the company, because I personally never use my phone for any RM business.

It’s way above unit/area rep level. Let’s see where these talks end up by Wednesday.

Isn't PVA used to fix knackered bumpers back on the wagons?

Sounds a very unhealthy but quite well off individual if they can afford to get pissed and get a Chinese every night.
