Royal Mail will definitely find a way to challenge this ballot legally. The only reason they didn’t last time is because they wanted us to strike so they could use that clause in agreements to rip them up. The union best be on their guard.

The unions asked rmg for the info on those leaving and they haven't provided it and have asked those leaving not to vote in the ballot they have done all they can do,i wouldn't be worrying to much about this.

I was never contacted or informed of how to apply for VR. So Pi**ed at RM and union, useless lot all of them.

There was no agreement with the union in regard to VR. In fact the union urged members not to engage with the process. Everyone who ignored that advice made it harder for the union to negotiate better VR terms and made it easier for the business to ignore the MTSF agreement and press ahead with unagreed revisions.masterblaster wrote: ↑26 Jan 2023, 20:49I was never contacted or informed of how to apply for VR. They haven't provided it probably because they would be embarrassed at the number of staff that actually got it.
