both quite relevant points,
we all know xmas is very much the key here, "if" the cwu did bring in action short of strike they know this will kill RM but dare they do this and risk a no vote?
i pretty much hope they will but at what cost in terms of jobs, but if we just lay down now, take several more days of meaningless strike losses and get no where but the job is still fecked under their new t&c?
i'd sooner lose my job or t&c going down fighting than just whimper into accepting the crap they throw at us
it's not popular here i know but a blanket overtime ban will still see us suffer, but so will they and some,
the way it's heading they are just steam rolling us over and something needs to change
