From the pic you've supplied can understand why you think there's a problem.
However, I'm guessing here but have you taken all four weeks holiday already (the pic says 0.00 hours remaining is
the reason I'm asking)?
Have you had MORE than four weeks holiday - if so, is that leave (in excess of 4 weeks) you believe you
are missing holiday pay for?
Some things in the FAQ's (apologies if you've already seen them) that may be affecting your entitlement. Without knowing
your exact circumstance ie contract, holiday entitlement, when taken etc. it's extremely difficult for any of us
to help really (and it would be unwise to provide those details on this site as you would possibly be able to be identified).
If I meet the regularity threshold, will all my holiday qualify for overtime holiday pay?
Our agreements are that we assess eligibility for overtime holiday pay against the European statutory holiday entitlement of 4 weeks per year for full time overtime, and individual’s contractual holiday for part time overtime. So this does mean that when full time employees take holiday in excess of 4 weeks in that holiday year, they will not be assessed for overtime holiday pay i.e. for a 37 hour pw OPG, only the first 148 hours (4x37) of holiday they take each leave year will be assessed for overtime holiday pay eligibility. Similarly, although part time employees will be eligible for assessment for holiday pay when they take holiday in excess of 4 weeks up to their contractual holiday, if they perform full time overtime this will not be included in the assessment for holiday in excess of 4 weeks. The maximum holiday entitlement that will be assessed for overtime holiday pay will be visible on the People App.
Does scheduled attendance count towards my 8 hours?
No – the only overtime that is factored in is non-contractual overtime and so scheduled attendance does not count towards the eligibility criteria as this is covered under a separate agreement. Scheduled Attendance holiday pay should continue to be keyed locally as previously
What do I need to do if I think my calculation is wrong?
Overtime holiday pay is also calculated with reference to your work schedule on PSP (the daily duty hours you were tagged to work had you not been on holiday), so please check with your manager/bookroom that your work schedule for the holiday week is accurate. If not, this can be corrected by the manager/bookroom, and PSP will retrospectively assess for holiday pay eligibility in the next available pay period. If your work schedule is correct and you still believe there is an error, please contact HR Services via the ‘My App and HR Help - Ask a Question’ tile on the People App and your query will be investigated.
