I’m suprised Noon, McAuley, & co are allowed to make public half the crap they come out with without some serious tooth-combing before it’s released to us. Unless this is the censored, edited version.
In which case sack your PR Department.
It’s certainly doing the company no favours, pissing off the workforce even more.
Im sure the shareholders don’t look at it too kindly either.

I'm not a f***ing courier driver, the job is nothing like a courier driver.

I am sure courier drivers do a lot of walking, but nothing compared to what we do.

I'd like to see one of these people at the top simply go out for a 10 mile walk within a 4 hour period, just once. See how you feel at the end of the day and then imagine how it feels for someone walking that distance 5 days a week, every week, for a year, over many years - a lifetime.

Now they want us to work longer hours in the winter, what does that mean? 13 mile walks a day?.... I am going to be destroyed. I am now realising this job is underpaid as nothing can put a price on your health. Living your life with constantly sore legs, back, shoulders... it's not worth the money.

Absolutely spot on.

I have another 10yrs (ball park) full time employment left in me,with RM. If they steamroll this annualised hours bollox in & attempt to have me working ridiculously long hours in the middle of winter,no if’s or buts - I will leave.

The thought of starting over fills me with dread to be honest,I have almost 20yrs under my belt & am clearly institutionalised - but at the same time I am sick to death of all the RM bullshit & continued uncertainty.

We deserve better

The thing about this if those owners don't take the workforce with them their shares will decrease rapidly with little dividends,our office already starting to work to rule, in on time ,no overtime ,no lapsing and out on time ,lets see what the profits are in October i reckon they are going to take a big hit. A company is only as strong as its workforce and the posties are waking up to bully boy bosses.Sell your shares now while you can.
