My concern is RM finding a way to invalidate the ballot

Never and mean never have i read such a pile of what comes out of a male cows backside. So many moaning Minnie's claiming the CWU are useless and Dave and Andy hopeless. Feck sake people look at the bigger picture. Same people all cried their eyes out complaining about RM and saying the CWU need to do something, the CWU try to do something and it turns out no matter what they could have tried RM were always going to challenge it as it wasn't part of the original dispute. So they did exactly as you requested but couldn't help because of the current anti union laws in existence. Now whos fault is that, do you want to blame the CWU for that as well. Catch yourselves on and grow a spine, the bigger fight is with Slyman and his cronies who will soon have you working whatever hours they feel like, for less money and for good measure be thankful you have a job. Feck them and the horse they rode in on. I for one will fight them the whole way. If all you can do is moan and cry about the CWU go to "Workplace" and they will all give you the attention you crave. There was no open net, and they haven't scored. Out of desperation RM threatened to use the courts to silence the members and prevent the right to withdraw our labour. Remember that. ST is trying to stop your voice being heard.

I would disagree. There is a lot riding on the reballot and they have just made CWU look inept. They want people questioning the union and not voting

It was always going to be a Hail Mary Pass calling a strike just in the dying minutes of a ballot.

No harm done at least the Hardliner Strike Breakers will stop moaning about losing more money (I don't know WHY they moan because they never go on strike)

and strikers going in on overtime after strikes to make up for lost pay.

They do go to an independent body and the union won’t know how many have been returned.

Turnout and yes vote will still be massive and the envy of other unions. RM management have made sure of that.

Revisions are in to stay. Cutbacks a yearly slash and burn exercise. RM have an agenda to break up the company (to save £ for shareholders) Thompson out, but probably another 5 below him with the same mindset. My only hope is that the government take us back, coz they can see a decent profit into their coffers. My office offering all the overtime you want on 25/26 Feb to prepare for the revisions on the 27th. Bring your tool kit

Revisions will be rolling moving forward Our walks have already been taken out and they are already planning the next cuts.
No walk is safe, the overtime is at a minimum, we still aren't clearing each day. The reps are totally overwhelmed. Grim.
