Hi All,
I started as a Postie in December 2021 through an agency, then became a permy in March. I used to be in an office based job, totally stressed and worn out. I was made redundant mid 2021 and after a short break to re-evaluate my options, I decided a postman's job is for me. I can honestly say it's been the best move I've made.
Glad I found this site, lots of useful information.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Welcome HG11GH don't be put off by the negative comments on here a lot of it is staff venting including me but I still enjoy the job. :Very Happy
