Yeah, I sent a question on the people app. They came back with 'hoping to have it sorted and paid by end of May'. Seriously, that would have given them 8weeks. FFS.

As long as you have done 8hrs a month for holiday pay periods. It is multiply your hrs by 6 ÷ by 24 then multiply by 2. that is full time. So say you have done 8hrs per month you will get 4hrs paid. Think pt is ×6 ÷24 ×3 could be wrong tho.

I thought it was just your average overtime hours per week over the period, so long as you hit the 8 hours per month minimum, multiplied by the amount of weeks holiday you took during that payment period.

So if I average 8 hrs a week from September 21 to the end of March 22, and have 3 weeks holiday during that time I'd get 24 hrs pay on May 27th ( or whenever ).

think of a number from 1 to 10, double it, add 5, multiply by 6, and divide by royal mails pay offer, should give you a rough estimate.

It's being paid this week 27th may, now showing on the app under holiday pay, wageslip also viewable from Tuesday as per always.

This is for holiday pay for holiday taken since 1 Apr 22.

After this week, holiday pay should be paid as and when you take it (or possibly the week after). No more getting a payment every six months, but the 8 hours a month rule etc still applies.
