Phenomenal effort from ******** and their leadership teams in OM Nottinghamshire today.
Each of their respective units NG North, NG South & Grantham all implemented there pathway to change revisions this weekend and all three units cleared USO delivering 100% for our customers on day one with some great feedback from our front line teams about the changes!
Brilliant effort guys well done and thank you again!

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I'm actually a bit envious, if this is actually true then it looks like they did it properly.
Meanwhile at our gaff where we had a tabletop revision there's I'd say about 10% of today's mail left in spread over a few duties which doesn't sound much but is a bit rubbish really as it was actually pretty quiet today, but it's ok we cleared all the extra Amazon tracked we're getting these days.

I don't believe it for a second. Every office I know including ours that's had a structural revision it's been a complete f**k up.

Grantham haven't had one, its been postponed until the New Year. They had a collections revision, which has been a complete mess.
