Hi all. I'm a new user to this forum; I'm CWU sub-rep at York LD.
I've put together a survey for night shift workers, after having recently done a 7-month stint on nights.
The survey is mostly questions about the impact on the health of people who work nights: not just physical health but also mental, and 'social' health issues.
The aim is to produce data that will support better working conditions for night shift employees.
I'm looking for contacts at other PFWW depots (hopefully all of them!) so that the survey will get as wide a response base as possible.
Please reply here or via PM if you are able to help. The survey is anonymous, and will contain no identifying details of employees.
