Christmas bonus and the virus

What’s the situation if you need to isolate or are unfortunate to have the virus over Xmas pressure. Will it be a reduced bonus?

Normal policy is that the Christmas bonus Is only affected if you are off sick over the pressure period if that sickness results in you being on half pay or no pay. (Managers love to spread the rumour that being off sick over Xmas means no bonus but it’s simply not true for the vast majority of people)

I don’t know if the bonus will be affected if you are off due to Covid and you have previously used up your entitlement to full pay whilst sick.
