65% is it enough ?
Just read ROP thread and have asked myself a few questions I WHY ONLY 65%, 2 are the 35% realy that daft, 3 will RM take the result seriousely ie 35% of the workforce potential strike breakers,, hope not. I supposee a 2 to 1 majority is a fair result but was hopping for more. IF these figures are correct it should be interesting. ONWARDS & UPWARDS

Hi mate i honestly believe this will be one of the biggest yes votes in our histort around 75-80%.
Everyone io have spoke to all the forums i have been on and the yes vote is massive all over the country.
I do also think we need around 70% to get the employer baack around the table it needs to be emphatic.

hI STUBABY I AGREE WITH E-THING YOU SAY I TO THINK A MASSIVE YES VOTE IS REQUIRED TO GET THE SCREWS OF OUR BACKS BUT I HAVE MY RESERVATIONS IF WE ONLY ACQUIRE A 65 OR 70% YES VOTE. SOMEWHERE IN THE HIGH 80% WILL DO THE TRICK [ I HOPE ]

Now is the time to be talking to all our colleagues about this and explaining why we need this vote so badly.
Especially the newer recruits who haven't seen the way Royal Mail behave like those of us who have been here too long
Keep talking, keep explaining and reassure people that if we stand together we can reach a solution
TOGETHER WE ARE STRONG . . . . . . VOTE YES
