Begging Letter From Rico Back

Just received one of these about the journey to 2024 and investing £1.8 Billion in into his business and he has 200 Ambassadors running around more than their are Countries in the world. Yet says 6% = 16% and does not elaborate what we have to do for it and being the case they did not implement the last deal fully how can we trust them as for informed choice/decision about what?

Is that the Large White A4 envelope from The HR Service Centre that dropped through the door today? Only asking so I can REFUSE it, without opening it :thumbup Anyone else started getting the Courier again? I REFUSED it for ages and they stopped sending it (after I completed their form asking if I no longer wanted to receive it anymore  ) but I've just started getting it again ... Just Coincidence do you think .... or more of Rico's BS? :cuppa

Yes it is it has a letter to Dear colleague and a pamphlet saying we need change but on the back say they are investing £1.8 billion but gives figures of £115M + £400M +£60M = £575 Million I don't know where the other £1.225 billion pounds are going? As for what we will all have to do for a below inflation pay rise It does not elaborate it is but another article of spin and delusion only Shane Warne could do!

Cheers Mate. I'll REFUSE it next week, along with the Courier ... Again :mad Just didn't want to Refuse something useful, like Pensions info. Perhaps they should Label it with something like "An Official Appeal from your Chairman" Then we'd all know it was BS and could simply REFUSE it! :cuppa

The main problem with the leaderships’ strategy on comms is they actually think all frontline staff are thick.

They must be thick, that’s why they’re frontline.

The tricks are built on that foundation.

until they realise we arent all f***ing thick and everything doesnt revolve around a shite pay increase (unlike the golden carrot for the mangers) that has nothing to do with our dispute , 100% CWU.

It is a top down strategy built on the foundations of greed and avarice did you all know as the share price has been driven down "Rico Back the Chairman also called the CEO Chief Executive officer " Is not a worker he seeks confrontation by running down all our efforts and denigrating our terms and conditions. For he is buying shares at bargain bucket prices! The guy is not a CEO but a share grabbing tool and if we could all write to him he would not open the door pity he lives in Switzerland and is a non tax payer in this nation and has passed history with GLS you see it on the parcelfore vans these days still

You can also buy shares at bargain bucket prices if you are confident in the future of royal mail.
