It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

It reminds me of the joke - should the unit reps be frank and earnest? Or should one of them be a woman? (Say it aloud)
I would be pleasantly surprised if each Branch could send a female rep.

And what is a customer experience representative?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I remember being at a national briefing and it looked like the scene from 'I Robot' where all the robots were lined up..... that's if all the robots had been fat, white, over 50 and male.

It was a frightening experience probably similar to a Trump rally but very slightly more left wing.
