I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

The cockney spiv's have fecked up again and should step aside.
There all wind and piss , good at tubthumping as most reps are but thick as two short planks.
Ray Ellis is a far better pair of hands.
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

Can't people see what's happening in front of them :arrrghhh playing the blame game with each other is exactly what RM is looking for "divide & conquer" it's done we lost this fight but we must stick together don't forget back and his merry men brought this dispute to use the union never went looking for it :mad unfortunately we have a predominantly right wing media at the moment so they are dumbing down the CWU response and hamming up RM's "we are the victims" propaganda :Boo hoo! And let's not go down the unofficial industrial action route because the way these cronies at the top work they will act on destroying our only route out of this dispute which is the union and because the wonderful British judicial system (I'm being ironic by the way) has been exercised it will be catastrophic for our union (ie the members/us)

If RM and the Gov didn’t stop it this way, they’d have stopped it another. It was just bad luck they called an election after our ballot and from that point on RM and the Tories were bound to team up.

Work to rule from now on. That will make a bigger long term impact than a strike ever could when it does inevitably happen.

Working to rule highlights management short comings when work isn’t done and questions will start being asked.

We need to start shining the spotlight on management one way or another.
