Don't know if this helps what you're trying to show, from the RM Annual Report 2019:
We employ around 162,000 people across our Group, of
which 143,000 are in the UK. One in every 192 jobs in the UK
is provided by Royal Mail³. Our ‘feet on the street’ network
of around 90,000 postmen and women is an important part
of local communities.

The figures you are trying to get are irrelevant.

If you are a member of the Union you have the option of voting

If you are not then you don't have the option of voting.

So trying to see how many workers of Royal Mail voted to strike is irrelevant and pointless, they by law, could not vote as they were not members of the Trade Union.

In terms of democracy I see where you are coming from. Nevertheless if we do not stop the major changes Rico Black is already in the process of implementing then the job is f***** and we will be phased out over time in favour of a zero hours contract workforce. You have probably seen the TV advert currently being run by Amazon to improve their image which is in the toilet. An economic migrant workforce who know no better. This is the direction of travel if we don't fight back.
The views I express here are mine alone and do not represent the views of Royal Mail Group.
