Following the publication of LTB 491/19 circulated to Branches on 14th August 2019, we have received a number of enquiries in the Department and via social media requesting clarification on what TUPE is. For expediency, please see below a link to ACAS offering their explanation of TUPE:

Of course more detailed communications will be shared on how TUPE would be applied in Parcelforce if management were to get their way as we go forward, but in the meantime we hope this will afford our members with an early understanding of TUPE legislation.
