Hello, I've been on the job 8 weeks and I've had 7 days off with shin splints. being a newbie and on 6 months probation i'm a bit worried that will go against me. I work mainly with HTC's. any tips to prevent it repeating.

I’m the same, been in the job 4 wks and currently trying compression socks and they seem to help, doesn’t stop it but does make it more bareable.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
