I thought I would say a quick hello to all the Royal Mail gang, I was a Postman back in the 1980's and left to work as a BT Engineer which would have been the same business (GPO telephones) before privatisation. The Royal mail changed my life as I married the Inspectors daughter
, there are not many work colleagues left at the old sorting office where I was based at, the odd few I bump into tell me it has changed a fair bit. I still look back as one of my favourite places to work with great friends..
Its nice to find this site and to try and catch up with how things are with the Royal Mail ...
