Hello, I'm Steve and as I'm the youngest and shortest of 3 steves in my office I'm known as littlesteve. i'm a reserve and have been with royal mail for a little over 4 years now.

Welcome to the board steve. 4 years and a reserve - ouch tried that for a year didn't like not knowing where I was going to be from day to day. Or even worse .throwing of part of a walk and then being sent to another section. I have a bad walk now but prefer it to reserve,

I hold 2 duties (2 week rotate at my office) and still get treated like a reserve, as i know two many duties for my own good and the reserves know now were near enough!
