Just wanted to say hi. Have my induction on 3/1/19 and start at DO the next day. Been reading a few of the posts and been interesting reading people's thoughts. Few different answers on here about starting uniforms. Just wondering what the average wait time from giving your payroll number to receiving your starter uniform order? All in all think the boarding process has been pretty smooth and looking forward to getting into the work. Just not sure how much of my own kit I should buy?

Congratulations, I was allowed to order the basic uniform, tops, bottoms, shoes and one jacket straight away and it took about a week to arrive. The rest of the uniform I was able to order after 6 weeks. It may difer from office to office but that was my experience

when you get your formal offer there will be a pdf format of a uniform request form, on there is a number for new starters to ring, trousers, shirts, fleece and shoes. I got mine within the week but you will have to get a waterproof coat unless they have an old one knocking around. Good luck.
