Welcome! Loads of good advice and support around here.
First of which is this...change your user name to something that doesn't identify you and it might be an idea to edit the DO name out of your post.
In months to come when you've endured RM life for a while, you might not wish to be identified so easily after an expletive fuelled rant about management or your DOM
