Hi everyone, I'm due to start on 10th July after induction on 9th, I urgently need to speak to someone in HR but it seems impossible to contact them. The 0345 606 0603 is all automated and none of the options are applicable. Can anyone help?

Is it not possible to go to any option that gets you to speak to a human and go from there?

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Thanks I've emailed myapplication@royalmail.com but had no reply yet. I'm due to start on 10th July, but received a phone call saying there isn't actually a job at that location and I may have to work 50 mile further away.
