Hey everyone I’m just waiting for my checks to go through, I’m just wondering how likley it will be to get offered a full time contract??

Depending on the amount of more senior part timers in your office and how the boss is replacing outgoing full timers, the short answer is not likely for a few years.

Thank you for the reply would you say I would be able to make full time hours in overtime ???
Just bit worried as I’m in a full time job now
