Hello from newcomer to this site,
I find it hard to believe that when reading this magazine how Royal Mail tell us that we are hard working people,working as part of a team,coming up with new ideas to improve the business,accompanied by the seasonal greeting card from Crozier/leighton congratulating us on all our hard work and effort over the past 12 months.
Then to be told that we are underworked and over paid,how as an employer can they hopefully wish to gain respect and trust from these remarks,the YES vote is absolute must. Stroud/glos.
