with a guy telling me we need to make a saving of 5 percent whilst he no longer in Royal mail employment (probably paid off)

his name escaped but the video was about 5 min long telling me that we need to make savings.
later starts, lose weekend work etc etc.

also am i right in saying Adam Crozier and Allan Leighton are saying where overpaided by 25% compared to other busineses also does that include there good selves.

We were meant to have that video but the Lino thought we were too bust. So instead he called us into a huddle and read the unions new proposal to us.

There are 2 videos doing the rounds one with Tom Melvin and Alex Batchelor (had this tuesday)

The other video is Allan leighton (having this thursday morning)

I find Al swearing offensive so i may make a comnplaint

we saw the alan leighton video wednesday morning..the usual shite,propaganda....to be honest though he sounded like he was panicking...this threat of a strike definately has them shitting themselves..
tuesday we had the dom telling us the consequences of our actions,wed we have the allan leighton video..desperate times for these managers i think...
about time they actually sat up and took notice though...
