It seems like it is.Never seen so many failed parcels outside of the festive period.How are other Parcelforce depots coping? :crazy:

This is where cost cutting gets you. Over a 10% failure rate. It's O.K. though because we'll clear up the backlog over the weekend on overtime? :shock:

Whatever happened to putting customers first? Oh and employee survey just before all this xcxx!!! I deliver 5 -10 miles from depot and did 1st drop pf9 at 845 Wed. Wouldn't like to be living in Grimsby or hope valley and desperately needling a 9/10 am parcel. Disgusting IMO and will not make more Monies for greedy board/shareholders

Tuesday no night shift in so drivers had to unload and sort one and a half 40ft trailers .I left depot 10.45 first drop at 11.15. :crazy:

serve costumers you like, have revange on those you don't :) That's the good thing about xms.
Personally I prefer summer when I can have decent sleep during the day in ma van at Royal Mail expeneses :D This company still makes the profit so it's more fair then claiming benefits.
