Having been often 'threatened' via the Code of Conduct no drivers in our depot have ever seen it.
What documents should be available for Drivers?
There is no Job description, no sick leave procedure, no Driver Capability doc, no Code of conduct visible. Have asked previously for copies to no avail.

The Code of Conduct is normally posted to your home address,I have a copy which was posted to my home address,you can contact HR and request a copy,,the code of conduct works both ways so that if you are being threatened with Code of Coduct, you can also report bullying and harassment.
