Did anyone else get the quarterly bonus that was due end april? they said they need more time! If this is true the new pay based on sales will be a DISASTER - if they can't do 450 offices 4 times a year, how will they do 5000 people 12 times - not that our office will be there anyway - all customers think WE are going to WHSmiths - not that we are closing, being made redundant and WHS have bought the franchise and are paying £5.65 - who will tell the true story :Confused

Hello to all Postal Officers!
I know we are a very rare breed - about to be made extinct by POL - are there any PO's out there?

Not a Postal Officer but come the strike we will be telling the truth and not spouting RMs propaganda. I am sorry to hear whats going on at POL it is a national and local scandal. Labour will pay for this eventually, and it'll cost millions to get it back to where it should be.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Hi nice to see there are fellow pol workers here.
Quarterly bonus was arranged to be paid end of may when the bonus system was set up. Aparently they have to wait till the end of the financial year and work out any catch up payments.
Our office is going in to WH Smith and it looks like i will be forced out after 29 years in the business.
