London weighting

I managed to get my partner into parcelforce in an admin role at a London depot on a part time contract (soon going to be made up to full time) . She received her payslip this morning and there is no London Weighting showing on her wage slip. Does she not get it due to being part time or as HR made a mistake ? We would like to know so when she calls up on Monday we can be confident in what we say.thanks in advance

Is it listed seperately? I get outer London waiting but it's just incorporated into normal wage?

I used to get Inner London Weighting, but it was included in the total basic wage, not as a separate payment.

These are the current pay rates for a full time person.

Full time is:

Hours
Full time gross (including lunch breaks) contracted hours for the Customer Service Provider Grade are:
Weekly - 40
Monthly - 173.93



Depot Pay
All CWU represented Depot employees should be graded Customer Service Provider (CSP).
Revised Full Time basic pensionable & contributory pay rates are as follows:

Basic Pay 1st April 2012
Monthly Annual
Recruit £1,429.67 £17,156
Max £1,576.33 £18,916

Max is normally reached after 6 months in the CSP grade. The increment is processed automatically unless line managers accelerate or delay progression through the trial completion or extension processes.

London Weighting 1st April 2012
Monthly Annual
Inner London £332.92 £3995
Outer London £197.50 £2370


You should be able to work out from this with the hours your partner does.
