I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

:oops: :oops: You sound like a very nice person mailman, I can understand your affability considering that our top man ALAN is a people person who wants us all come to work with a big smile on our faces just like they do at ASDA. I am sure i will cope with the pressure & hassle, im used to it now ( part of the job )

I dont agree that pressure and hassle R apart of the job. Well it happends but it shouldnt..
