Rumour has it that Adam Crozier is the man putting up the resistance to progress - Leighton has already intimated that he will leave around spring next year and would like to leave on a good note. Crozier sees himself stepping into the chairman's position - a three year duty that would make him financially, but given his performance so far I think he can only hope.

We now need a change of leadership that will represent our company, it's employees and the best interests of both - not people who will blindly follow the latest business guru's recipes for a fast buck.

Whoever leads us as a business - please remember - we are part of the success story you are seeking and you have a responsibility to us to provide secure, rewarding employment that in turn will drive that success. We are your greatest asset or your worst nightmare - it's your choice.
