Not used 2??

Hi, i find that when i do the rural delivery i know that as im not used 2 it the constant in and out of van for 4 hours with pulling and hauling the van door open and close i get a sore shoulder/back.. if i was on this duty all the time im sure i wud be fine, same as rural guys not used to walking 3.5 hours..im a walk duty holder myself and im just moved to this duty normally when he stuck and sometimes just as its easy option.. I told my line manager about my back , didnt seem worried and asked what i wanted him to do..so, my question is is it right of me that i submitted a form to see EHS? tho my back is fine now?

MADELIN4 YOU ARE DOING THE RIGHT THING GET EVERYTHING DONE THROUGH THE BOOK CAUSE IF THEY GET A CHANCE TO s**t ON YOU AT A LATER DATE THEY SURE AS HELL WILL. THIS WAY YOUR COVERDE FOR THE FUTURE.
