It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

"Crucially, the proposed agreement enables change to be managed through properly negotiated terms with full CWU involvement and improved job security and benefits for CWU members."

Time to resign from the union boys and girls...

My favorite bit....

After the mass resignation of members from the CWU, the loss of all those £3 SUBS, they will need to restructure union finances

To coincide with the introduction of the national agreement unit payments will cease and the 3 items per week cap will be removed. D2D Monies will be turned into a delivery supplement paid 52 weeks a year for all delivery employees (OPG and ORR) pro rata for part time employees. It will flow through in 2011 and 2012. It will be paid 52 weeks a year at the rate of £20.60 per week, pro rata for part time employees and applies to new entrants..
YAY! Well done Postman, spot on again! £5 coming your way shortly

YAY!
This is the bit that stinks for me...its just whole sale plunder on our earnings.

Had the supplement been around £30 after tax i may have thought longer about VOTING NO
