Bonuses

When questioning our manager about his bonus he told us that the sales team had received higher bonuses for "keeping existing contracts", not getting new ones.

Has anyone else heard this and do you feel like me that this is harder to take than the manager's bonuses

i have been in this buisnes for some years now and it is a standin joke that managers always deny amounts of bonuses or even getting a bonus at all . i asked my dom yesterday in a wtl meeting if we are under acheiving and losing that much buisness why did leigjton get a million crozier get 300 thou and magangers get thousands .all i got was denial and that we probably got more bonus than he did ..bollox he is talking crap he keeps on about save save save we need to compete so why are we paying ppl on managers salary to push around yorks of mail and tip bags.f**k them off and save 20 -30 grand a year and let us do our job..leighton can :lfo i mean what does he do i wish i could work 2 days a week on his salary. they need to get in the real world.crozier need to get that stick of lavender from up his ass and smell the roses. u cant dictate we have no money when they are on such stupid pay deals . it s us that makes the money so we should be reaping the benefits.. not some fat twat i mean cat (i think) at the top.
they go on about needing to modernise,i agree with this but they knew about competition years ago what did they do then nothing its just bad management on big money now they can see how they have messed it up they are taking money off us to solve the problem but
