We had a lorry come in this morning don't know who was driving but a couple of strike breakers had their mail all pulled out ready to go so I found it very
funny
(DUM had told us there would'nt be any mail in this morning so he lied
I'm sooooo surprised). Finished on time but left all the
mailsort for the dutyholder (2 trays worth) there will be much complaining on Monday that I left the mailsort but you got to laugh
:Very
Happy
We were also told by the DUM not to mention the strike and to put it behind us, censorship in action

We had a shed load, also a notice on the door and by the signing on, telling us, we had to sort when told to and for long as needed, also we would be told when to have our break (Most of us, don't have a break, just finish 40 mins early), also we had to work up until our finish time.
Very petty I thought.
In the end we had a load of mail on the fittings from yesterday, and only did 20 mins sorting, but had about 50% more letters than normal, but one good point was no Specials :)
And of course it pissed down with rain.

Have been on leave for a week ( was on picket duty for 4hrs though.) Mate from work covering my duty, rang me at 9.40am to say she was at British Bakeries....Christ! I'm normally there round about 8.10ish. If any thing left for me Monday, I shall work till my time and what don't get done, get's left..!
