pay offer

Post by jafferpants »

I'm getting a bit concerned guys. Has no one noticed that since the vote for a strike went through the reasons seem to have gone out of the window. from the outset it was about the strings that came with the offer and not the offer itself. Having seen dave ward on TV twice since the vote he has stated both times the money on offer was not enough and not a word about the conditions that came with it. he needs to understand that if those conditions get through he will no longer have a union to to defend.

Your right Jaffer - a pay rise of 2.5% not good but I would take it on its own. even if it was 4.8% with those strings - not a chance.

Modernisation is different I don't mind that it has to happen. The strings I don't want are, summer lapsing (with no extra pay), more door to doors , no nights, and later starts

It's in one hand and two out the other with those proposed strings
