Can a customer cancel a complaint ?

Hi everybody

So me and my van share partner where having a discussion the other day. That a customer said they complained about something. My van share partner explained to the customer about the complaint. Then my van share partner asked the customer nicely please cancel the complaint. Few days went by and nothing come out of the complaint.

So here is my question.
Can the customer cancel the complaint on the day they made the complaint ???

Just let them complain. Mostly they're vexatious anyway but nobody cares.

The best thing you can do if you're on the receiving end is simply add them to "the list". That way you won't ever have to encounter the moron ever again as you'll be marking every single parcel as "no answer".

I've had my manager challenge a needless complaint, I assume if the customer accepts the "challenge" it doesn't count as a complaint and so count against the manager's bonus target!!

It depends what you mean by complaint, if you are refering to the customer review process then no. If you are refering to the complaints process then the customer can close the complaint. Trying to complain is not that simple. The 'complaint' process requires the customer to find the correct way to complain.

Just marking a parcel delivery below 5(?) out of 10 on the RM app seems good enough in my experience?
