Hi. Please can someone help me. Ive been round and round in a loop with no luck, Im desperate. I had great faith in Royal Mail but......!!!

OS is a returns service; in most cases, they end up at a mail centre as part of the returns contract. So, without more details about who it's being returned to and what contract they use, it's likely that it's arrived where it should.

Please remember we are not an official site, so we won't know what contract the receiver has; all we can offer is insights.
