Annual leave question.

I've spare hours annual leave to use up before April 2026 , might be able to carry it over, I had 30.06 hours a few weeks back to use up but it's suddenly gone down to 26.56 hour's ?
Is this to do with summer and winter hours etc .
Im currently very unwell and off sick im on leave for a week shortly ,the total on the app for that week adds up to 39.64 hours , when this is added onto my now 26.56 hours ,will it be the full hours of 39.64 hours or will it be less,anyone in the know please .
