It's like watching a hostage video. Talks about talks. CWU members are being let down continually by the 'union'. Stop bankrolling the cushy lives of the likes of Boulch.

You forgot he said you only do 12k steps on a duty, 17k for me today and there was actually very little mail, f***ing s**t loads of parcels though.

He’s basically said the CWU will not agree to what Royal Mail want to push through and the usual suspects find a problem with it .

What if they push things through by executive action, like the poor new contracts?chickenwittle wrote: ↑22 Oct 2025, 16:28He’s basically said the CWU will not agree to what Royal Mail want to push through and the usual suspects find a problem with it .![]()

That may be what he is now saying. But the preamble and context to the current impasse was the CWU heralding a “groundbreaking agreement” being reached and telling its members the current talks were really a mere formality to give effect to the massive wins supposedly secured by the CWU. They now admit there were no wins.chickenwittle wrote: ↑22 Oct 2025, 16:28He’s basically said the CWU will not agree to what Royal Mail want to push through and the usual suspects find a problem with it .![]()

In 2 short months it will be 1 whole year since the 'groundbreaking deal with EP Group' was announced.
I think people will have made their own mind up by now.

To be fair to the CWU what else could they really say, as they could hardly say "whilst EPG have surprised us by agreeing to signed an agreement, we don't trust them to abide to the agreement once the takeover is completed" even if behind closed doors they were saying that between them.Smoothbackground wrote: ↑22 Oct 2025, 17:36That may be what he is now saying. Yes he did. He explicitly said the union will not agree to the failed ODM that Royal Mail want.tramssirhc wrote: ↑22 Oct 2025, 19:14Boulch really didn't.chickenwittle wrote: ↑22 Oct 2025, 16:28He’s basically said the CWU will not agree to what Royal Mail want to push through and the usual suspects find a problem with it .![]()
