If it's any help I've just looked on success factors and there's a few advertised as internal vacancies obviously in the appropriate office, have a look at this 'job description' might give you some of the info you want, I see it's nearly £45 per week these days.

£45 a week for doing what exactly? new starters spend a two or three days with regular posties, as I was.. All our two work place coaches do is come round every now and then and tell us to check the performance app.. I'm suprised they still have coaches with all the cutbacks Royal Mail want to do..

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
