Our office just got the new proposed routes the other day what a joke , won't work in a million years , after 15 years on a single duty where it's unachievable now ,it's going to be worse with new changes , also I was looking in this 2 in 5 Saturdays off it looks like you never get a Wednesday off the busiest day of the week
Oh well all I can hope for is vr but I doubt it will happen .
The union are clueless, managers just think of there bonus ,we just pick the pieces up.

Is it the 3 with 4, or something totally new? I thought the 3 with 4 was not going ahead.

Chances are there will only be a few tweaks, they have spent too much money so far to right it off. The lack of information from all sides is just adding to the guessing game. The fact is a two day delivery in August is impossible, (like many on here, my round is unachievable on 6 days, no cover for either of us on rest day, leaving minimum of 3 days mail, today we completed one round plus tracked on the other) so 3 day in December will not work. The model needs to be flexible in relation to the year, the only idea they had that made any sense was the shorter days in summer, but it was done half hearted
