How to reset login details on People app

I’m unable to log in to the RM people app after forgetting my password and now I’m just getting a ‘contact your IT administrator’

Who the hell is that?! I’ve no idea of who to contact so any help much appreciated

Don’t do it. Since I’ve been off it, I’ve been so happier. What am I even doing on here. I’m sure all this after work makes us even more down.

I take it you've used the 'Forgot Password' link?

Try 0345 608 2555, that's the IT number given in the People App Help Guide.

If you're having trouble accessing your account on the People app, try resetting your login details by selecting the "Forgot Password" or "Reset Login" option on the sign-in screen. Follow the prompts to verify your identity using your registered email or phone number. Once verified sso id, you'll be able to set a new password and regain access to your account quickly and securely.
